Ram Sir
B.Tech (IIT Kharagpur) • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI USA)
An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and former IT Program Manager, Ram Sir is an educational visionary with a passionate mission to transform foundational schooling in Bihar. In 2019, he founded LakshyaMarch to bring national-standard competitive coaching to Begusarai.
To liberate students from the exhaustion of rushing between conventional school and crowded evening tuitions, he established LM Integrated School — combining holistic schooling, Olympiad/JEE/NEET foundation, computer programming, and structured 12-hour day boarding under one disciplined roof.

Integrated Foundation: We integrate competitive JEE/NEET analytical concepts into our regular daily timetable for Classes 6th to 10th, developing early aptitude for Olympiads and NTSE.
Practical Digital Skills: Practical computer lab sessions ensure every student masters programming fundamentals, spreadsheet modeling, and digital literacy.
The 12-Hour Advantage: Our 7 AM to 7 PM Day Boarding model provides school teaching, supervised study shifts, nutritious mess meals, and doubt clearance inside campus premises.
