Admission & Eligibility Criteria
प्रवेश और पात्रता के नियमAll details provided in the admission application form (birth date, academic records, category) must be 100% authentic. Submission of original Transfer Certificates (TC) and previous mark sheets is mandatory within prescribed deadlines.
एडमिशन फॉर्म में दी गई सभी जानकारी (जैसे जन्म तिथि, श्रेणी, पता) पूरी तरह सत्य होनी चाहिए। मूल ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट (TC) और पूर्व मार्कशीट नियत समय सीमा में जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
Fee Structure & Payment Schedule
फीस भुगतान एवं विलंब शुल्कMonthly tuition and boarding fees must be deposited before the 10th of each calendar month. Admission and registration charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once the seat is confirmed.
मासिक शिक्षण एवं डे बोर्डिंग शुल्क प्रत्येक माह की 10 तारीख से पहले जमा होना अनिवार्य है। सीट कन्फर्म होने के बाद एकमुश्त एडमिशन शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में वापस (Refund) नहीं होगा।
Student Withdrawal & Dues Clearance
स्कूल से नाम वापस लेने की नीतिMid-session student withdrawal requires a minimum 1-month advance written notice. Transfer certificates (TC) and character certificates are issued only upon 100% clearance of all pending academic and boarding dues.
सत्र के बीच नाम वापस लेने के लिए कम से कम 1 माह पूर्व लिखित आवेदन देना होगा। समस्त बकाया शुल्क (Dues) चुकता होने पर ही ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट और रिपोर्ट कार्ड जारी किया जाएगा।
Mandatory Attendance & Promotion
अनिवार्य उपस्थिति एवं परीक्षा नियमStudents must maintain a minimum 75% annual attendance to qualify for CBSE and institutional annual examinations. Shortfall in attendance will bar students from sitting in annual promotion tests.
वार्षिक परीक्षा में बैठने और अगली कक्षा में प्रमोशन के लिए न्यूनतम 75% वार्षिक उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है। इससे कम उपस्थिति होने पर छात्र परीक्षा के लिए अपात्र माने जाएंगे।
Digital Media & Intellectual Property
डिजिटल एवं वेबसाइट कॉपीराइटAll course materials, website layouts, school marks, and logos are proprietary intellectual property of the governing trust. Commercial reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध सभी अध्ययन सामग्री, लोगो और तस्वीरें स्कूल ट्रस्ट की बौद्धिक संपत्ति हैं। बिना अनुमति इनका किसी भी प्रकार का व्यावसायिक उपयोग कानूनी रूप से वर्जित है।
Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law
कानूनी अधिकार क्षेत्रAny dispute, claim, or legal matter arising between parents/guardians and the school management shall be subject exclusively to the territorial jurisdiction of the courts in Begusarai, Bihar.
अभिभावक और स्कूल प्रबंधन के बीच किसी भी प्रकार के कानूनी विवाद की स्थिति में न्यायिक क्षेत्राधिकार केवल स्थानीय न्यायालय बेगूसराय (बिहार) का ही होगा।
