Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

All institutional charges—including Admission fees, Registration charges, Tuition fees, Laboratory/Library fees, and Annual Development charges—are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable once deposited.

स्कूल द्वारा ली जाने वाली समस्त फीस—जिसमें एडमिशन फीस, रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क, ट्यूशन फीस और वार्षिक विकास शुल्क शामिल हैं—पूर्णतः नॉन-रिफंडेबल और नॉन-ट्रांसफरएबल हैं।

If a student is withdrawn mid-session or expelled due to disciplinary breaches, no deposited fee will be returned. Parents remain fully liable to clear any pending dues for the ongoing calendar quarter.

यदि कोई छात्र सत्र के बीच में नाम वापस लेता है या अनुशासनहीनता के कारण निष्कासित किया जाता है, तो भी जमा की गई कोई फीस वापस नहीं होगी और चालू माह के बकाया शुल्क देय रहेंगे।

If parents deposit 6 months or annual tuition fees in advance and relocate unexpectedly, partial adjustments on remaining tuition months remain subject exclusively to the discretion of trust management. One-time admission fees remain non-refundable.

यदि पूरे वर्ष या 6 महीने की फीस एडवांस जमा करने के बाद अप्रत्याशित स्थानांतरण होता है, तो केवल शेष महीनों के ट्यूशन शुल्क पर ट्रस्ट प्रबंधन का निर्णय ही अंतिम और मान्य होगा।

In case of online gateway technical glitches causing double debit for the same student ledger, the excess amount is adjusted automatically toward the subsequent month's fee bill. Cash refunds are not issued.

ऑनलाइन पेमेंट के दौरान तकनीकी त्रुटि से यदि एक ही फीस दो बार कट जाती है, तो अतिरिक्त राशि को छात्र के अगले महीने के खाते (Ledger) में एडजस्ट कर दिया जाएगा।
